01. Who is responsible for your data

OLA Media Group SpA (Chilean tax ID / RUT 78.513.961-5) is the marketing agency run by its founders, Kevin Vera Kawol and Fernanda Gil, with a presence in Santiago, Valdivia and Spain.

02. Applicable law

Data processing on this site is currently governed by Chile's Law N° 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life. This law will be progressively replaced by Law N° 21.719, which creates Chile's Data Protection Agency and takes effect in December 2026; we will adopt its requirements as they come into force.

If you contact us or hire our services from the European Union, we also honor the principles and rights of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, exercised the same way as the rights described in section 6.

03. What data we collect and why

We only collect the data you give us directly, plus a minimum of technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact / booking form: name, email, brand or company, and message. Used to answer your inquiry and set up a diagnostic meeting.
• Brand diagnostic form: your answers about strategy, content and channels, plus your email and brand name. Used to prepare a diagnosis and follow up with a proposal.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, device and browser type): collected automatically by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., for site security and performance. We do not cross-reference it with your contact data.
• Local browser storage (localStorage): the diagnostic form saves your progress as you answer, only on your own device, so you don't lose it if you close the tab. This information never reaches OLA until you submit, and you can clear it anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser.

04. What we don't do

• We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels (Meta, Google or others) on this site.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not send you marketing communications unless you've explicitly asked for them when contacting us.

05. Who we share your data with

We only work with providers strictly necessary to run the site and respond to you, who act as data processors and may process data on servers outside Chile:

• Resend (resend.com): lets us receive, by email, the messages sent through this site's forms.
• Vercel Inc.: hosts the site and provides its technical infrastructure.

06. How long we keep your data

We keep messages received by email for as long as there is an active business relationship or inquiry with you, and delete them at your request or once they're no longer needed for that purpose.

07. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your personal data at any time by writing to hola@olamediagroup.cl. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

08. Minors

This site is aimed at brands, companies and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

09. Changes to this policy

We may update this document to reflect changes to the site, our providers, or applicable law. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
