This site presents OLA Media Group's marketing services (strategy, content, social and performance) and lets you book a diagnostic meeting or request information. It is not an online sales platform and we do not process payments through it: all quotes and service agreements are made directly between OLA and the client, in writing, outside the site.
Prices, ranges and monthly plans published on this site are for reference only, net of local taxes. They are adjusted to the real scope of each project and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Ad spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is always billed separately from the management fee and agreed with you before any campaign is activated.
The content of this site (text, design, the OLA Media Group brand and our own portfolio material) belongs to OLA Media Group. Client-owned portfolio material (logos, product photography, video) is displayed with their authorization.
Reproducing, copying or redistributing this site's content without prior written authorization is not allowed.
The case studies shown in our portfolio correspond to real work done for the brands listed. Marketing results depend on many factors (industry, budget, competition, season) and we do not guarantee identical results for another brand or project.
This site may link to social media or other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those external sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent courts of Valdivia, Chile.
